sweetwillaDr. appointment early tomorrow. Three main areas of concern: 1. trouble swallowing at times while eating (scary & embarrassing) 2. Feet hurt especially my heels when I stand or walk after sitting or sleeping 3. General aching (no fever) just the aching. Fatigue is a big component. Probably arthritis if family history is a predictor. In my mind I am young but my body is telling me otherwise. Fingers crossed for a helpful outcome.
Chipping away at the trip preparation. Still need to figure out likely weather, get hair cut & colored, have Teaberry groomed. Making a list & checking it twice. :o)
